    Purchasing appliances is simple but getting them delivered and installed properly can be more of a challenge. The most minor mistakes during installation can escalate into a major problem down the line. Mountain High Appliance prides ourselves in offering professional preview services, as well as certified (where applicable) delivery and installation. Our installers have a minimum of 5 years experience coupled with ongoing training to keep them up to date on new innovations.

    The Process

    When purchasing appliances from Mountain High Appliance, you can be confident that our sales team will guide you through the process. If needed, we can have one of our technicians preview your situation prior to ordering, to ensure what you are ordering will work. This service is offered free of charge provided you obtain your appliances from Mountain High (The $75 preview fee is applicable towards your purchase at the time of sale). We do provide a 2 hour window for both preview and delivery services and can do a 30 minute pre-call prior to arrival at your request. You should also receive a follow up from your sales rep a short time after delivery.

    Our Tips

    Before you purchase your appliances, measure everything. Even a small discrepancy in measurements can cause big installation errors. Triple check if possible!

    During delivery & install, clear out the area where the installation will be done. Have your paperwork ready and make sure the appliances brought into your home match what you purchased.

    After delivery & install, make sure your appliances function properly and if there any concerns, give your sales rep a call. Be patient with your appliances. Some appliances take a couple of days to function fully.
